Receipts
We ship all our products with a packing receipt/Invoice. Thus, the order confirmation that you received via email when you placed your order is your official payment receipt.
If you have discarded, lost, or never received your receipt, no problem; Email helpful Customer Service Experts, and we’ll be happy to send another copy. .
Payment Methods
We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Credit Cards – We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Checks – We are happy to accept checks. They have to be made out to “Chair Sling Store”. Please include your order list along with your check, shipping information, phone number. Please mail your payment to 1000 E Atlantic Blvd Suite #214 Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
Be aware that orders paid via check will not be processed until we receive the check, and the check has cleared the bank. If time is of the essence, we recommend paying via one of the other methods listed above.
Sales Tax
Items shipped to destinations inside the state of Florida are subject to Sales tax. All orders shipped to other states are not taxed.
Order Tracking
Your tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. Orders are tracked using a tracking number and the website of the delivery carrier. If you have a registered Chair Sling Store account, you can always log in and see the status of the order. If you have any questions, or if your delivery seems behind schedule, our friendly Customer Service Experts are always there to help. Backordered Items
Occasionally due to the popularity of an item, a product is placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. We ship Custom Slings within 4/6 Weeks. Orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the items ordered and their destination.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Returns or Exchanges” tab_id=”1535388516768-42ec282d-5301″][vc_column_text]All returns and exchanges are customers responsibility. Chair Sling Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by Chair Sling Store. All returns must be received within 10 days of the receipt of your products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Request a Return or Exchange Authorization Number (RA#) to info@newchairslings.com. Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or canceled. Any order that has been shipped falls under our Return and Exchange policy. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by Chair Sling Store. Restocking fees may apply.
We will not be responsible for orders shipped back to us without proper RA#. They will get lost in the warehouse. DO Not ship back your items without RA#. .
Slings & Pre-cut Straps:
All slings and pre-cut straps are custom cut and ARE NOT CANCELABLE or returnable unless Chair Sling Store is responsible for the mistake. Be certain that your measurements, sling fabric, or strap options and quantity are correct. If the slings or pre-cut straps you received are not consistent with the measurements you provided in your order, or you have received the incorrect color or width of fabric or strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced.
50 feet and 100 feet Roll of Straps:
The 50 feet and 100 feet Rolls of straps are custom cut and are not cancelable or returnable unless Chair Sling Store is responsible for shipping the wrong color or the wrong size. Be certain that the color you’ve selected is correct. If you’re not sure about the color ask for our free samples before placing your order.
If you received the incorrect color or the wrong width or length of your strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Order Change or Cancellation” tab_id=”1535388517506-2433bc1c-6842″][vc_column_text]If you need to change or to cancel an order, you must first request it via e-mail to info@newchairslings.com or call us at (561) 948-4228, within 12 hours of placing your order.

Due to the way our chairs were made, with allen wrench screws, it was quite a project. We had to take apart the chairs almost completely to fit it into the slots. It took a day or so to finish doing it but it was well worth it!!! Such beautiful fabric and a great refurbishing of our two chairs.
Website guided me through how to measure my chaise lounge chairs to get the exact size I needed. Nice selection of outdoor fabric to choose from. Was pleasantly surprised at how fast the slings were made and delivered. Fit is good and I will order again when needed. Would recommended your company to others.
New slings came very quickly (especially amidst the current pandemic) and look great. The material and stitching seems nicer than the original slings, and I expect they’ll last a long time. Coming from one small business owner to another I know how important good customer service is, not to mention a quality product, and these guys are ON it! Tony was quick to return my phone call and answer all my questions, including how to slide the darned slings back into the slot once we got the replacements and he even shared a tip for that….WD40, worked like a champ! We needed two seat bottoms replaced and all in all very happy with our purchase, the quality of their work, their turnaround time and of course their friendly customer service;) PS My husband used a screwdriver on the spreader bar to help pry it back in to place.
We ordered and sent in slings for our patio chairs. They came back fast and work perfectly. We also ordered new straps for another set of chairs. Everything came fast and correct. Highly recommend American Slings and would use them again.

I just need a tip on how to get it installed. Can’t seem to get it over the part of the frame where there is a support bar that is a 1/2″ square tube that can’t be compressed with a pipe clamp as suggested.

Hey, Just wanted you to see my beautiful new slings! I love them and they were easy to install! The backs are a tad loose but I think adding a couple of washers to the bolts will tighten them up.
